You know how frustrating it can be. Shopping for lingerie can be a nightmare. In a mall store, there is often nobody available to help you. One trip after another is required from the dressing room to the store floor to find alternatives... when you don’t even really know what you should be looking for. Or perhaps someone is 'helping' you, but they're not very knowledgeable. At Night & Day, our sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We will first determine the right fit and then will bring alternatives to the dressing room until we get it right. Then, in those rare instances when a perfect match is not found, we set upon a quest to research and find it among our many vendors. We will not give up!

Therefore, we strongly encourage trying everything on in the store. We completely stand behind our products. We also educate you on how to wash, dry, and care for your garments.

Night & Day is staffed with knowledgeable staff who will work with you to find the garment that fits the best and achieves the look and feel that you are looking for. We know our lines and can recommend alternatives, which can be special ordered. We measure & fit properly, offering our opinion should you wish to have it. And if something really does not fit or feel right, we’d rather you did not purchase it. Because you will not be pleased in the long run. And if you are looking for a gift, we will help you find the perfect one! We also keep a registry for our customers and the 'gift-challenged' men in their lives!

Since opening, customers have come to enjoy the elegant shopping atmosphere, great selection of comfortable and alluring lingerie and sleepwear, truly exceptional service (and we mean it!), and many fun events ranging from private birthday parties to fashion shows at local restaurants. Night & Day also teams up with other local retailers and businesses to offer themed events, fundraisers, and marketing co-operation. Merit, as a local resident, enjoys and takes pride in making local customer and business connections and is already serving generations of customers with brides coming in with their mothers to find the perfect undergarment for their dress.

Night & Day is an independently  owned and operated by a local resident, Merit Tukiainen, who started the business after more than 20 years in the hotel industry. Connecting with customers, caring about their needs, understanding price, value and expectations and having an eye for detail are among the most important qualities Merit has the benefit of applying to her lingerie boutique.
